Three days of 18-hole golf. Alternative activities for non-golfers.

Timed for Oregon's fabulous Indian summer weather, this tour is sure to fill up fast, being limited to only four vehicles. We hope you can join us on this very exciting new tour! Please see below for the Itinerary.

Crazy about golf? Sign up for both golf tours - our Golf & Redwoods Tour begins the day this Golf & Crater Lake Tour ends. Two weeks of Oregon golf!

Itinerary:
Meals: Provided meals are listed for each day below as (B) breakfast, (L) lunch, and (D) dinner. 9 meals will be provided as follows: 7 breakfasts, and 2 dinners. A community charcoal grill will be provided nightly for ease of dinner preparations. We believe ticketed events which require advance reservations are a better tour value than restaurant meals. Itinerary is subject to change.
Day 1 Day 1: Rendevous check-in. Welcome BBQ dinner at 6:00 pm. Detailed itineraries, camp & cell phone numbers, maps, and CB radios and antennas installed on rented RVs. (D)
Day 2 Day 2: No driving today. Drop off golfers early at a Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed course for 18-holes of golf. Non-golfers have a special Shakespeare Festival back-stage tour. Pick up golfers. Rest of day open to explore art galleries and shops until 8:00 pm curtain time at the Elizabethan Theatre. (B)
Day 3 Day 3: Early departure for all. Drop off golfers for 18-holes of golf. Non-golfers see an 1872 grain mill, General Store Museum, and covered bridge. Drive to campground and enjoy a sunset view across a mountain lake. (B)
Day 4 Day 4: No driving today. 7:30 am shuttle departure. Hike down to Crater Lake, 2-hour narrated boat cruise, visit rim village, self-guided tour of Crater Lake Lodge. (B)
Day 5 Day 5: 8:00 am departure. Crater Lake rim drive, then head to next campground on Klamath Lake. (B)
Day 6 Day 6: No driving today. Drop off golfers early at Arnold Palmer designed course for 18-holes of golf. Non-golfers have upper Klamath Lake adventure. Rest of day open to explore. (B)
Day 7 Day 7: Drive to final campground. Possible river raft trip for two hours. Farewell dinner at a nice restaurant. (B) (D)
Day 8 Day 8: Depart at your own convenience. Rented RVs must be returned to Medford. Trip Over. For those staying for the Golf & Redwoods Tour - Free day to explore Ashland. (B)

All Tours: 20% Early Booking Discount #1:
$500 per vehicle deposit and registration due.

February 15, 2002

All Tours: 20% Early Booking Discount #2:
Full balance and registration due.

June 11, 2002 Golf & Crater Lake: 100% of all monies paid is refundable upon cancellation through today.
June 12, 2002 Golf & Crater Lake: Beginning today, a $200 cancellation fee will apply. In this case, we will issue you a $200 credit voucher, good for any future tour with no expiration date.
July 11, 2002 Golf & Crater Lake: Balance due.
September 9, 2002 Golf & Crater Lake: Tour begins.
