Liability
Waiver
Your Road Trip to Outdoor Adventure

The
lawyers made us do it! Below is the standard liability waiver
that tour participants will need to sign before their tour departs.
Custom
Tours Please Note: This
standard waiver does not apply to RV groups who have arranged and contracted
for a customized tour. A different liability waiver will apply in that
case. Also,
a separate contract will be negotiated for custom tour groups, in order
to quantify and detail exactly what will be included, and not included,
in your custom tour. Please see the link to Custom Tours on the Our Tours
page for details about arranging a custom tour for your RV group.
DEPOSIT
AND FINAL PAYMENT:
- Deposit of $500 (US dollars) per rig or vehicle is due at time of registration.
- If December 31st Early Booking Discount: Full DEPOSIT is due with registration.
- If February 15th Early Booking Discount: Full PAYMENT is due with registration.
- Final Payment (balance) must be received 60 days or more prior to tour
date or your reservation and deposit are both forfeited. No refund will
be made in the case of an overdue final payment resulting in a forfeited
deposit. If registering 60 days or less before tour date, please remit
full amount of tour.
LIBERAL
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Our policy on cancellations is simple and straightforward. If you cancel
your tour for any reason up to 60 days prior to your departure date, we
will refund 100% of all monies paid, no questions asked. If you cancel
your tour less than 60 days prior to your departure date, we will refund
all your money, less $200 which we must retain to cover administrative
costs and prepaid, nonrefundable deposits. In this case, we will issue
you a $200 credit voucher, good for any future tour and no expiration
date. If you book another tour, you will, in essence, have received all
your money back. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations
phoned in will not be accepted until written confirmation is officially
received. The effective date of cancellation will be the postmark on your
envelope. There are no partial refunds if you decline to participate in
any of the scheduled events or activities.
Cancellations
by RV Caravan Tours: We
reserve the right to cancel any scheduled tour prior to departure. In
this event, 100% of all funds received will be immediately refunded.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Tour participants are responsible for their personal behavior, actions,
driving infractions, insurance, mechanical maintenance of their vehicles,
and group cooperation. Tour leaders reserve the right to decline to retain
any tour participant as a member of the tour if his or her conduct is
contrary to the best interest of the other tour participants. Any tour
participant who voluntarily leaves the tour forfeits any fees paid but
has the option to rejoin the same tour later in the trip without penalty.
Sunstone Adventure Company dba RV Caravan Tours reserves the right to
alter the itinerary, plans and arrangements for any tour if, in the judgment
of RV Caravan Tours, it becomes advisable to do so for the comfort, safety
or well being of any participant. Such alterations my include, without
limitation, withdrawing or substituting scheduled activities or meals.
Any such alterations may be made without penalty or loss to RV Caravan
Tours or compensation to participants.
